The Cambourne to Cambridge LLF
Local Liaison Forums provide for regular dialogue between the project team and members of the local community during the course of any major transport project, ensuring interested parties are kept informed and can continue to have their say outside of formal consultation processes.
The Cambourne to Cambridge LLF is chaired by Parish Councillor Helen Bradbury.
The Cambourne to Cambridge LLF is open to the public to attend.
LLF Update
The GCP Executive Board discussed the Outline Business Case for the scheme at their meeting on 10 December, and agreed to note the preferred route and Scotland Farm travel hub location and agree to undertake an Independent Audit Review of the scheme, to report to the Board in July 2021.
The proposed scheme remains unchanged as was presented and discussed at Local Liaison Form (LLF) and GCP Joint Assembly meetings in June 2020. A further LLF meeting was held on Tuesday 8th December via the Zoom Webinar platform. The agenda for the meeting is available on the document list at the bottom of the page.
LLF Background
An initial meeting was held between local councillors and project officers to allow councillors to establish the LLF and determine membership. This initial meeting was by invitation only. Please see papers of previous meetings and the Terms of Reference for the Cambourne to Cambridge LLF below. Please note the LLF was previously joint with the Western Orbital project until 2017.
