HEATHER RICHARDS
Verint (VP Product Strategy)
Heather has a broad range of experience encompassing sales, marketing, product and business strategy. As CEO of Transversal, a Cambridge-based tech company, she was instrumental in its journey from start-up to acquisition by Verint Systems in 2019. She is currently VP of Product Strategy and GTM at Verint, responsible for driving the global strategy for their Knowledge Management portfolio from their Cambridge offices.
Heather has lived and worked in Cambridge for over 20 years – originally as a MPhil student at Cambridge University and now as an active participant in the Cambridge-area technology and business communities. She sits on the Cambridge Enterprise Investment Committee, contributing to the success of University spin-outs on behalf of the University of Cambridge Seed Funds, and as a participant on both the Housing and Skills working groups within the GCP assembly, she is an active contributor to evolving Cambridge’s thinking in areas such as skills development, housing and transport.
