Please be prepared for overnight road closures on Milton Road this weekend and early next week (Friday 16-Tuesday 20 August), as part of works which will improve the safety and quality of the road surface.

Friday, 16 August

Milton Road will be closed between Kendal Way and south of the King’s Hedges junction. Kendal Way and Ramsden Square will also be closed at their junctions with Milton Road.

Monday, 19 August

King’s Hedges junction will be closed, including parts of the surrounding roads, and up to the Guided Busway on the northern arm. Lovell Road will also be closed at its junction with Milton Road.

Tuesday 20 August
Temporary four-way lights only. King’s Hedges junction will remain open.

All closures are from 8pm to 6am. Access will be maintained for residents and emergency vehicles, but bus services will be suspended.
