We’ve delivered a series of upgrades to one of Cambridge’s busiest junctions, completed in December 2025, including:
- A reduced central island to create more space for pedestrians and cyclists
- New segregated cycle lanes at each exit
- Wider, resurfaced crossings
- New street lighting and upgraded traffic signals
- Repainted road markings, including the “Thank You to our NHS” message
