The greenway is approximately 7.5km long and would provide a link to the Bottisham and Horningsea greenways.
We’re currently finalising our designs and liaising with local landowners to secure permissions before we can submit our planning application for the route.
The Swaffham Greenway will connect with the Bottisham Greenway at Stow-cum-Quy for travel to Bottisham Village College, Fen Ditton Primary School and shops and on to Newmarket Road Park and Ride, Ditton Meadows, Stourbridge Common and Riverside .
All of our greenways routes will have signage and wayfinding, which will help people who are not familiar with the route.
