Background

The Greater Cambridge city region, renowned as a world-leading centre for research, innovation, and technology, has cultivated a unique ecosystem that brings together bright minds, thriving commerce, and substantial investment opportunities.

With the University of Cambridge at its heart, Greater Cambridge has achieved growth and success on an international scale.

To support the city's continued success (the Greater Cambridge Partnership (GCP) are investing in vital improvements in infrastructure which will support and accelerate the creation of 44,000 new jobs, 33,500 new homes and 420 additional apprenticeships) we are putting out a call for collaboration to innovators, businesses and academics.

A call for collaboration

Our vision to support and sustain Greater Cambridge as a place to live, work and visit includes an integrated transport plan providing a viable alternative to driving into Cambridge.

To create a future-facing transport system we are looking for the help of innovators and technology providers to address some of the key challenges we face and use the city as a test bed.

The Innovation Prospectus sets out how you can get involved and the key areas we are working on.

We are offering the opportunity to collaborate with the GCP on pioneering projects to help shape the way we travel and improve daily journeys across Greater Cambridge.
