Transport & Works Act Order application
Objection period closed for CSET busway application
We have applied for a Transport and Works Act Order to the Department for Transport (DfT) for a new busway, travel hub and path for walkers and cyclists to the southeast of Cambridge.
The application was submitted to the DfT on 9 January 2025 and you can view the application documents in our document library.
The deadline for any objections to, or other representations about, the proposals in the application to be sent to the Secretary of State for Transport was Friday 7 March 2025.
The DfT has reviewed the objections and representations received and confirmed that a public inquiry will take place in 2026.
